| GNBMW Riders Fall Foliage Ride |

time last year a number of intrepid riders from BMWRSM joined the
GNBMW Riders for their annual Fall Foliage Ride. For those of us with a
vaguely masochistic vent (nights can be cold around Rangeley in October)
we will be joining them again this year. I
would like a rough head count so if you intend to go please let
me know by return email, but if your schedule is erratic and you cannot
commit until the last minute, no problem, just show up at the meeting with
your bike and camping gear. Webmaster@bmwrsm.org Details: Riders
will leave Cole Farms on Saturday October 4th immediately after
our October meeting, destination the Azicoos Valley Campground in Wilsons
Mills. For those of you with GPS’s
the camp coordinates are N44 55.318
W71 01.882 , that's about 13 miles north of Errol on Rt 16.
Last year the fee for overnight camping was $3.00 a head, which
included the use of toilets and showers. We were also able to purchase
sufficient wood on site for a sizable campfire.
As
previously mentioned nights can be cold, last year we had to scrape the
frost off our bikes before heading out to breakfast.
Bring warm clothing and sleeping bags.
If you do not plan to bring your own food and stove there's at
least one restaurant in Errol. Breakfast will be at the Gingerbread House at 8.30am. Again
for those with GPS’s the coordinates of the Gingerbread House are:

close to the junction of Rt. 4 and 17, just off Rt. 16 in Oquossic
(207) 864-3602. We can decide over coffee whether to enjoy a group
