Insurance Breaks
Under a new Maine law (public law 2001,chapter 130, title 24-a sec. 2902-G) allows motorcyclists 55 and older who complete a defensive driving course to get a break on their motorcycle insurance.  Click HERE for details.

 

Insurance rate benefits for ERC graduates 
Dairlyland has a 10% discount for ERC graduates, they also give another 10% for AMA membership, 25% for multi-bike discount, and another 10% for "returning safe customer" (read no claims or tickets). Check with your insurance agent.

Another money saving tip: AMA membership costs $39 and members receive a $25 discount for the ERC, and you can recover more than the remaining $14 dollars in cheaper insurance rates.
