The 2010 DownEast Rally

Registration for the 2010 DownEast Rally is now open for everybody.  As of March 1st, registration will is open for members and non-members.  Be sure to register early to secure your spot in the 2010 event.

The event is happening at the Hermit Island Campground, Phippsburg, Maine from May 21st to 23rd.  Your registration fee will include camping Friday and Saturday, and meals from Friday night through Sunday morning.  If you really don't want to miss the Lobster on Saturday, then be sure to sign up for the lobster on your registration form.

Steve Garrett is teaming up with Dave Eskelund to run the rally this year, so if you have any questions be sure to contact them at the rallymaster email address below.   So, reserve your schedule for May now, and join us at the start of the New England riding season for another DownEast Rally. 

Enjoy 3 days & 2 nights of camping at Hermit Island Campground.  Friday night chowder & chili, Saturday morning breakfast, Saturday evening lobster dinner & Sunday morning continental breakfast.  Guided rides and maps for self-guided trips will be available.  The Registration form can be found on the button link below.

Rally Application

 

Please Review the rules (all rules will be finalized by February 1st) . . .

  1. Member registration begins February 1, 2010.

  2. All rally registrations forms must be completed and include payment. (Check or Money Order)

  3. All rally registrations received without a completed form / payment will be returned.

  4. Rally registrations open for non-BMWRSM members on March 1.

  5. No pets allowed at any time (Camp Ground Rules).

  6. No RV’s allowed (Camp Ground Rules). 

  7. Registrants will be posted on the www.BMWRSM.ORG web site.

  8. No refunds will be offered for the 2010 DOWNEAST RALLY after (tbd). (We must plan for purchases for the Rally; i.e. lobster, etc...) 

  9. Rally attendees accepted on a first come first serve basis. We can manage 190 guests.

  10. Rally registration process will close when 190 people have registered. Please send me an email to verify openings if you want verification. rally@bmwrsm.org

  11. Should you register and are unable to attend you may find a replacement for yourself. Please notify the Rally chair of your replacement. rally@bmwrsm.org
